CLOSER APP - PILOT PROGRAM AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Closer Pilot Program. This Agreement outlines the terms under which you will participate in our early-access pilot and describes how we collect and use your data during the pilot period.

By joining the pilot and submitting the form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of the Pilot

The Closer Pilot Program is designed to help us improve our product before the public launch. We grant you early access to Closer in exchange for your honest usage, feedback, and participation in research activities.

1.a. Work in Progress

Closer is still under active development, and by joining the pilot, you acknowledge that the app may contain bugs, incomplete features, or occasional hiccups in the user experience. While we’re working hard to make it great, your feedback will help us smooth out these rough edges before the full launch.

Your patience and input during this stage means the world to us.

2. What You’ll Get in Return

As a token of appreciation for your time and insights, you’ll receive:

- 1-year free subscription to Closer when premium features launch.

- $5–15 Amazon gift cards for completing feedback surveys.

- $20–50 Amazon gift cards for participating in 1-on-1 interviews.

- Invitation to exclusive workshops for highly engaged users.

3. What We Collect and How We Use It

During the pilot, we will collect and process the following information:

- Personally identifiable information (PII) (e.g., email address) to identify you as a pilot participant and communicate with you.

- Device and interaction data (e.g., screen views, button clicks) to analyze how you use the app and improve its features.

We use this data for:

- Generating aggregated reports to guide product improvements.

- Reaching out to you based on usage patterns for further feedback.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

We use Firebase for analytics and technical tracking during the pilot. Your data will not be shared with any other third parties or external organizations.

You have the right to:

- Request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@mycloserapp.com.

- Opt out of data collection during the pilot—please note that opting out will end your participation in the program and revoke eligibility for rewards.

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent, which you provide by accepting this agreement through the sign-up form.

7. Hierarchy Over Privacy Policy

This Pilot Agreement overrides our general Privacy Policy with regard to pilot participants. For all regular users of the Closer app, no personally identifiable data is collected. This agreement applies only to users participating in the pilot.

8. Ending Participation

You can leave the pilot at any time. Just email us and we’ll remove your access and delete your data. However, this will also end your eligibility for pilot-related rewards.
